Weirdest Grad School Nightmare Ever

Oh, and in a weird twist, this happened between France and Canada. Nathalie apparently ended up defending her dissertation while she was in a Canadian prison.
After reading this, I will never complain about my own PhD experience again! (Of course, the term "never" on this blog actually means "5 minutes." By tomorrow I will be back to complaining about my dissertation. So predictable! *grin*)
Still, I haven't gotten to my own diss defense yet, so who knows what might happen? Hmmmmm.
